What Types of Therapy Do You Offer?
I offer in-person, online, and telephone therapy sessions, tailored to support mental health, personal growth, and emotional well-being.
What Qualifications Do You Have?
I hold a BSc in Psychology, an MSc in Clinical Psychology, and an MSc in Clinical Associate in Psychology (Adults). I am a registered Clinical Associate Psychologist with experience working in complex NHS mental health settings, as well as experience of working in private healthcare, too.

Is Therapy Confidential?

What if I Need to Cancel or Reschedule?
Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. This helps ensure your slot can be offered to other clients. You can read more information on the cancellation policy, which can be found under the ‘policies’ tab.
